Next, enter the email address you used in your Roommates.com account in the text field (make sure you're fully signed out of your Roommates.com account first in order to reset your password successfully; you can always scroll to the bottom to click "Sign Out" if necessary). Once you've entered your email address on the Password Reset page, click the "Update Password" button below- we'll send you an email with a link you can use to reset your Roommates.com password.
