Reporting Fraudulent Apple/iOS Charges
Apple processes payments for purchases and subscriptions made through our iOS app, so we’re unable to cancel or refund charges made by Apple on our end. However, there are a number of options for resolving a fraudulent/unauthorized payment made to Apple for a Roommates.com membership.
If you see a fraudulent Apple/iOS membership charge:
- Refer to Apple’s guide on canceling subscriptions and requesting refunds for iOS app payments.
- Contact Apple Support for direct assistance.
