Upgrade to a Higher VIP Membership Tier
If necessary, you can upgrade your current VIP membership to a higher tier at any time. Upgrading allows you to move from a shorter-term membership to a longer one, and you’ll receive a prorated credit for any unused time on your existing membership. This credit is automatically applied to the cost of your new membership during checkout.
How Upgrading Works
When you upgrade, we calculate how much time is left on your current VIP membership and issue a prorated credit for that amount. This credit is then applied to the price of the new membership term you choose.
Because the credit reduces the total you owe, the amount you’re charged may be lower than the price for the membership you’re upgrading to.
Example: If you purchased a 30-day VIP membership for $12.00 and immediately upgrade to the 6-month membership:
- You’ll receive a $12.00 prorated credit for your unused time.
- That credit is automatically applied to the cost of the 6-month membership.
- You’ll only pay the remaining balance for the current cost of the 6-month membership.
To Upgrade Your Membership
- Go to your Membership page.
- Find the membership tier you’d like to upgrade to and select Upgrade to this plan.
- Review the price shown after your prorated credit is applied.
- Select Yes, upgrade my plan to confirm.
Once you confirm the upgrade, your new VIP membership term begins immediately. Any unused time from your previous plan has already been factored into your credit.
